What is MSME/Udyam Registration?

MSME Registration, now called Udyam Registration, is the process of registering your micro, small, or medium enterprise with the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. This registration provides access to numerous government benefits and schemes.

New MSME Classification (2020 Revised)

The classification is now based on both investment in plant/machinery AND annual turnover. Micro enterprises have investment up to Rs 1 crore and turnover up to Rs 5 crore. Small enterprises go up to Rs 10 crore investment and Rs 50 crore turnover. Medium enterprises extend to Rs 50 crore investment and Rs 250 crore turnover.
